Police investigate shooting incident in Hamilton

Hamilton police are investigating after shots were fired in the area of John Street North and King William Street Saturday morning.

Police say it happened around 2:30 a.m. and can confirm a shooting incident occurred, but there were no injuries reported.

Detectives are asking area residents to check their security cameras between the hours of 2:00 a.m. and 3:00 a.m. for any suspicious activity and to contact police.
