Police investigate robbery on Hamilton Mountain

Hamilton Police are hoping the public can identify a man wanted in a store robbery on the mountain. 

Police say the man walked into a business near Upper Wellington St. and Brucedale Ave. E around 1 a.m. on July 7.

He approached staff and demanded cash, while claiming to have a weapon.

Police say a weapon was never actually seen.

He took off with the money and ran away.

Police have released this surveillance image.
