Police investigate gunpoint carjacking in Milton

Halton police are investigating a gunpoint carjacking that took place Sunday night at an underground parking garage in Milton.

Officers say the victim was removing items from his vehicle around 11 p.m. at 1105 Leger Way. Shortly after, a man approached the victim with a gun pointed at him and demanded the keys to his vehicle.

The victim complied and gave away the keys. The stolen vehicle is described as a grey 2020 Audi A5 with an Ontario license plate of CRHF464.

The suspect is described as a man, Black, around 20 to 25-years-old, wearing black pants, a black top and a black hat.

Investigators say no physical injuries were sustained as a result of the incident.
