Police investigate deadly Ancaster crash involving motorcycle

At least one person is dead after a collision involving a motorcycle in Ancaster Tuesday evening.
Hamilton police said in a tweet shortly after 6:30 p.m. that the crash happened at Wilson St. West and Alberton Rd.
Hamilton Police are investigating a fatal collision at Wilson St W and Alberton Rd involving a motorcycle.
Alberton Rd CLOSED north from Book Rd W & south from Jerseyville Rd W.
Wilson St W CLOSED east from Dunmark Rd & west from Trinity Rd S

The Hamilton Fire Department reported at least one person was found without vital signs at the scene.
Alberton Rd. was closed from Jerseyville Rd. West to Book Rd. West, and Wilson St. West was closed from Dunmark Rd. to Trinity Rd. South as police investigated. The areas have since reopened.

The Collision Reconstruction Unit is now investigating.
