Police investigate armed home invasion in Hamilton’s east end

Hamilton police are investigating an armed home invasion in the east end, which potentially involves five suspects.
Officers say armed masked suspects entered a residence in the area of Winona and North Service roads around 1 p.m. on Friday.
Investigators say the suspects fled the area in a black Dodge Ram.

The suspects are described as follows:
- Suspect one – male, dark complexion, around six-foot-two, skinny build, grey tracksuit, black ski mask, carrying a black handgun;
- Suspect two – male, dark complexion, around six-foot-two, skinny build, all black clothing, black ski mask, carrying a black handgun and;
- Suspect three – male, dark complexion, around five-foot-10, well built, blue jean, black sweater and ski mask.
Police say a fourth suspect was heard in the home but no description was obtained.
It is believed a fifth suspect was waiting in the vehicle.
