Police: fire scene was targetted

Updated The man under arrest for arson in an east Hamilton fire has now been charged with murder.

Sami Karnaz is accused of torching a convenience store early Saturday morning where a 21-year old Hamilton man became trapped inside and died. As Melissa Raftis tells us, police now say the building was targeted.
