Police are asking for the public’s assistance in a vehicle arson investigation in Dundas

Hamilton police are asking for the public’s assistance following a vehicle fire earlier this month in Dundas.

On Saturday, Aug. 13, shortly after 10:00 p.m., police responded to reports of a vehicle fire in the area of Old Ancaster Road and Ogilvie Drive.

Investigators say they have determined that the cause of the fire appears to be suspicious.

Police are appealing for any witnesses who may have been in the area as well as any video surveillance or dash cam footage around the time of the fire.
