Police alert public to potentially violent fugitive
Hamilton Police are looking for help finding a city man who’s considered a high risk offender.
Scott Alan Rigby, 37, has a history of violence toward sex trade workers. He’s wanted for breaching his probation.
He’s 5’11”, 220 pounds with a heavy build, brown hair, with a mohawk and several tattoos and scars on his arms and legs.
Rigby is believed to be in Hamilton’s downtown area. Anyone who’s seen him is asked to call 905-546-8911 or Crime Stoppers at 1-800-222-8477 (TIPS).
