The latest city housing project in Hamilton is about to be unveiled. “The Artists Lofts” on King Street East aren’t your typical subsidized rentals. They’re built specifically for artists. And in a city that’s becoming renowned for it’s grass roots art scene, people say, it’s about time. Elise Copps took a sneak peek inside and has more.
