Pier pressure plaguing Burlington

It may go down as one of the worst white elephants in Burlington’s history.

The problem-plagued Brant steet pier has already resulted in huge cost over-runs, lawsuits, accidents, and several changes to the original plan.
And now as Scot Urquhart tells us, it seems… that string of bad luck is about to continue.
