Texas Billionaire T. Boone Pickens is taking Ontario to court in his bid to sell wind power to the province.

Pickens made his fortune in oil but is now heavily invested in wind turbines and says he’s being shut out by Ontario, which pays premium prices to renewable energy providers as long as a good chunk of their goods and services come from the province.

Pickens argues that violates North America’s free trade agreement and is launching a $775 million challenge.
