Photo released of suspect in Oakville bank robbery

Halton police released a photo of the man wanted in connection with an armed robbery at a bank in Oakville.

On November 15 at 2:20 p.m., the Scotiabank located in the Town Centre Plaza was robbed at gunpoint for an undisclosed amount of cash.

The suspect is described as male, black, in his twenties, 6′, and skinny build. He was wearing dark clothing and carried a black and silver handgun.

The suspect fled in a red car.

Police are asking anyone with information on this robbery is urged to contact the Halton Regional Police, 20 Division Criminal Investigations Bureau or Crimestoppers.
