Pharmacy robbery in Bronte

There’s been a pharmacy robbery in west Oakville.

It happened around 10:30am at the Bronte Centre pharmacy on Jones Street and Lakeshore Road.

The suspect passed a note to the pharmacist and threatened to shoot people if he didn’t get oxycontin.

No weapon was seen.

The canine unit was called in, but so far no arrests have been made.

This robbery happened across the street from another pharmacy robbery Sunday afternoon.
