People took to the chilly waters of Lake Ontario for a New Year’s Day tradition

A New Years tradition was kept alive in the chilly waters of Lake Ontario. Numerous polar bear dips in Hamilton, Niagara and Halton took place, some aimed to raise charitable funds. However, most see it as a purge after another hard-done year. Jason Gaidola has the story.
