Peel cop sentenced

A former Peel police officer will spend 5 and a half years behind bars for having sex with a 13 year old girl.

59-year-old Mike Chaddock pled guilty to four charges, including sexual assault and interference.

The relationship began on the dating site Lavalife where the girl originally claimed she was 18.

Although not forced into the relationship, she was too young to consent, and Chaddock continued the relationship after finding out her real age.
