Pedestrian struck in Burlington

A man hit by a car in burlington overnight is in hospital with serious injuries.

He was walking from the Sobey’s parking lot on Brant Street when he was hit around 12:30 Thursday morning.

He’s in his 20’s and was taken to hospital with head injuries.

The 42 year old driver, Jason Murdoch of Burlington has been charged for driving without a license.
