A pedestrian has been struck and killed by a Toronto-bound GO train just west of Burloak Drive.

It disrupted GO train service along the Lakeshore West line through Burlington and Oakville early Thursday morning, forcing commuters to make alternative travel plans. An investigation is now underway.
