Pearson wants your comments

If you were one of the thousands of travellers who were caught up in the cold weather ground stop at Pearson three weeks ago, the Greater Toronto Airports Authority wants to hear from you.
The airport has launched a website for passengers to vent their frustrations over the delays, lack of communication, lost baggage or any other issues related to the move that affected Pearson for most of the first full week of January. But you don’t have to have been directly affected by the ground stop to offer your comments.
The airport’s review will take three months to complete, and the results will be made public.
