PC’s lose local candidates

The provincial Progressive Conservatives are now looking for a pair of candidates in a couple of Hamilton ridings.   The candidate in Hamilton East-Stoney Creek, David Brown, and Bryan Vanderkruk who was the Hamilton Mountain candidate say they have personal reasons for stepping down.  Both insist they support party leader Tim Hudak and the party’s policies.  These resignations follow Hudak’s firing of Dave Brister who was the party representative in the Essex riding.  Brister says he was let go because he put out a series of tweets criticizing Tim Hudak’s stand on right-to-work legislation.
