Paul Bernardo parole denied

Convicted rapist and killer Paul Bernardo is staying behind bars.

A national parole board has denied Bernardo’s request for day or full parole.

The hearing today was painful for the families of Kristen French and Leslie Mahaffy who were left to spend hours in the same room as their daughters’ murderer.
