Part of Highway 6 in Hamilton closed after motorcyclist killed in crash

Ontario Provincial Police say they have closed a portion of Highway 6 in Hamilton in both directions after a fatal collision involving a motorcyclist.
The crash happened shortly before 2:30 p.m. on Highway 6 between Highway 403 and Book Road. The area is now shut down as police investigate.
OPP Const. Sami Nasr confirmed with CHCH News that a motorcyclist has died.

Emergency crews have also closed the Highway 403 eastbound and westbound ramps at Highway 6.
There is no word yet on how many vehicles and people were involved in the collision.
