Tyler Clementi’s parents say they won’t sue school

Tyler Clementi leapt to his death from the George Washington Bridge in September 2011, after his roommate used a webcam to see him kissing another man.

His parents filed court papers preserving their right to sue Rutgers soon after Tyler’s death.

Now, Joseph and Jane Clementi say they are devoting their energies instead to the foundation named for their son.
The couple says Rutgers has been “very responsive” since the incident.
