Owners of Glen Abbey scrap development plans after reaching an agreement with the Ford government

Oakville’s Glen Abbey will remain a golf course after all. Owners of the storied course had planned a residential development for the property and were preparing to argue before the planning tribunal this summer, until a surprise announcement by the municipal affairs minister this morning.
