Mother Nature closed out the Ottawa Bluesfest early Sunday night.

The main stage at the event collapsed during a severe storm – sending thousands of people running for cover.

“Cheap Trick” was performing but managed to get off stage moments before it went down.

One of their drivers was hurt, but the band members are all ok.

Four people were taken to hospital, and at least eight others were treated for minor injuries.
