Oshawa couple collect $50M prize

The OLG served up a big cheque today to a couple who work as cooks at an Oshawa restaurant.

Don and Linda Ingram – both in their 50’s – held the single winning ticket for the $50 million jackpot in last Friday’s Lotto Max draw.

The two have been married for 36-years and say they plan to retire, buy a house and take care of their family.

The Ingrams say they’re so excited they’ve hardly had any sleep since they found out they won – and they’re still in shock.
