OPP stop vehicle driving with passenger on the roof in Paris

Brant OPP have charged two Brantford residents after they were seen driving on the roadway with one of them on the roof.

On Sunday, Aug 21, at around 12:09 a.m., an officer was conducting traffic enforcement on King Edward Street in Paris when they saw an eastbound vehicle driving with a person on the roof.

The officer pulled the vehicle over and as a result, a 19-year-old from Brantford is charged with careless driving and fail to have an insurance card. A 23-year-old from Brantford was also charged with fail to occupy position with a seat belt.
