OPP investigates after transport truck stolen from parking lot

Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) is investigating after a transport truck was stolen from a parking lot in Haldimand County.
Officers were called to an address on Nanticoke Creek Parkway around 9:15 a.m. Monday.
Police say someone went to the property and disconnected an attached trailer before removing a black 2006 Peterbilt transport truck that was locked in a vacant lot.
Police say the truck had “Silliker” decals on the fuel tanks.
Investigators believe the truck traveled eastbound toward Highway 6.
The value of the truck is estimated at $125,000.
