OPP investigates after resident wakes up to find stranger in his bedroom

Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) is investigating after a Norfolk County resident woke up to find a stranger in his bedroom.
The Simcoe resident made the startling discovery after he woke up around 8:55 a.m. Saturday.
Police say the intruder had broken into the victim’s home and fled the scene when confronted by the homeowner.
The man stole a wallet containing personal and financial information as well as cash.
Police are looking for a man in his 40s who is described as having a slim build, dark brown eyes and is missing teeth. He was wearing a dark blue hooded sweatshirt with a pocket on the front, a baseball cap with a Nike symbol and dark blue pants.
