OPP charge 26-year-old man with stunt driving in Caledonia

A Caledonia man has been charged after stunt driving over the long weekend in Haldimand County.
Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) pulled the 26-year-old over on Argyle St. North shortly after noon Monday.
The vehicle was clocked travelling more than 40km/hr above the posted 50km/hr speed limit.
Police say Joshua Sholer only has a G2 driver’s licence and was charged with stunt driving.
The vehicle was towed and will be impounded for 14 days. Sholer also faces a 30-day driver’s licence suspension.
The accused is scheduled to appear in a Cayuga court at a later date to answer to the charges.
