Opioid crisis in Niagara is ‘out of control’

The opioid crisis in Niagara is said to be “out of control” – as paramedics were called to a record number of suspected overdoses last month. Outreach organizations say lately, the drugs are more potent adding that this – compounded with the isolation of the pandemic is having disastrous consequences. Kelly Botelho reports.
