A much different message from Ontario’s top doctor this year when it comes to in-person celebrations of Thanksgiving. Last year, it was recommended you should not get together with people outside your household. This year the recommendations have changed, mainly due to Ontario’s vaccination rate and COVID numbers stabilizing. Sean Cowan reports.
