Ontario’s P.C. party under fire for its latest fundraising effort

The Ontario PC party is being criticized for a move that’s being called “bottom of the barrel” and “scam-like.” Apparent progressive conservative fundraising letters are being sent out, and have been made to look like an invoice that must be paid. The Liberals and NDP have filed complaints about the misleading letter. Kelly Botelho reports.
