Ontario says the shutdown of the economy will create a historic deficit

The financial accountability office released its forecast for the provincial economy and it predicts a terrible 2020, with the budget deficit skyrocketing. The group also foresees a strong 2021, and economists say modelling any scenario during these unprecedented times is very difficult. Phil Perkins has the details
