Ontario reports 914 COVID-19 cases and 19 deaths

Ontario reported 914 cases of COVID-19 and 19 deaths on Friday.
The reported positivity rate is 2.8 per cent, with the province completing 32,258 tests in the last day.
Ontario is reporting 914 cases of #COVID19 and nearly 32,300 tests completed. Locally, there are 214 new cases in Toronto, 169 in Peel, 69 in Durham, 59 in Hamilton and 57 in the Porcupine Health Unit region.

There are 687 people in hospital with COVID-19 across the province, which is down from the 729 reported on Thursday.
There are 522 people in intensive care units, with 357 of them on ventilators.
According to the province 168,322 vaccine doses were administered on Thursday. Of those, 107,238 were first doses.
There are 896,065 people in the province who have received both vaccines.
Another 1,397 cases have been marked as resolved.
