Ontario is reporting 526 new cases of COVID-19 Monday and no new deaths.

The data is based on more than 15,784 tests completed on the previous day.

The province says 353 of the positive cases were in unvaccinated individuals, 60 were in partially vaccinated and 113 in fully vaccinated.

There are currently 119 patients in intensive care with COVID-related critical illness and 66 on ventilators.

The province says 26,033 doses of a COVID-19 vaccine were administered in the last 24-hour period for a total of more than 20.2 million.

Eighty-one per cent of Ontarians aged 12 and older have received one dose of a COVID-19 vaccine and 73 per cent have both shots.

Of the province’s 626 long-term care homes, at least two are in an outbreak.

An active COVID-19 outbreak indicates that the home has at least one lab-confirmed case of COVID-19 (in resident or staff) and the local public health unit or the home has declared an outbreak.
