Ontario NDP and Liberals pledge billions in new spending

Ontario NDP leader Marit Stiles announced that her party’s full platform is out during two campaign stops in Hamilton. At the same time, the Ontario liberals did the same, where both parties are pledging tens of billions of dollars in new spending.
