Ontario Fire Marshal called to investigate house fire in Burlington

A fire at a home in Burlington’s Alddershot neighbourhood has caused $1 million in damage.
Fire fighters were called to the home on Hendrie Ave. around 6 p.m. on Monday. Crews arrived to smoke and flames coming out of the building.
The fire started in a bedroom in the home, but the cause of the blaze is not yet known.
The three people inside the home were able to get out safely and no injuries were reported.
The Ontario Fire Marshal has been called to investigate.
