Ontario farmers concerned over rising food prices

Russia’s invasion has sent food prices to all time highs and it’s prompting Ontario farmers to raise their concerns.

A farmer-led organization is calling calling on Ontario’s municipal governments and the province to better protect farmland and local food production.

It comes as the Halton region voted to restrict growth to existing urban boundaries until 2041.
