Ontario reported another record of daily COVID-19 cases on Thursday, with 1,575 new cases.

New modelling released by the province show Ontario could see as many as 6,500 new daily cases by mid-December unless steps are taken to limit the spread of the virus.

That number is a five per cent growth rate, which is in line with the current situation.

The figures will reach 2,500 new daily cases by that time if the growth rate is at three
per cent.

Phil Perkins has the details.
