Ontario and Quebec premiers to meet for two-day summit

The Ontario and Quebec premiers will next week to discuss economic recovery in the two provinces amid COVID-19.
Premier Doug Ford will host Francois Legault on Sept. 8 and 9 in Mississauga.
Ford says Canada’s two largest provinces need to work together to drive Canada forward through the pandemic.
Premier Legault said it’s important for Ontario and Quebec to prepare for a second wave of COVID-19 together.
Prominent cabinet ministers from both governments, including health, economic and finance ministers, will also take part in multiple meetings during the two-day event.
