Ontarians in the dark

The people of Ontario are being kept deliberately in the dark on scores of issues that affect the environment – and worse, being denied their legislative rights to challenge government decisions.

That was the gist of the annual report delivered by Ontario’s environment commissioner this morning. Scot Urquhart has been keeping an eye on that story, and joins us with more.
