One missing after St. Catharines fire

A man is still missing after a suspicious fire at an apartment and storefront in downtown St. Catharines Monday night.

There were two men living inside the apartment.

One person got out safely and a woman in another residence was not home at the time.

The fire is reported to have started in an apartment above the Geneva Barber Shop at the corner of Geneva Street and North Street.

Police, the St. Catharines Fire Service and the Ontario Fire Marshals Office are investigating.
