One dead in TTC bus crash

One person is dead and at least 8 others injured after a TTC bus collided with a car in the Etobicoke Sunday morning.
It happened shortly after 6 a.m.
According to Toronto Police the eastbound bus collided with a Nissan sedan at Kipling Avenue north of Rexdale Boulevard.
The bus then left the road, hit a light standard, a fire hydrant and a parked car before smashing into a CIBC bank.
Emergency crews found one person in the car without vital signs.
Two other people in the car were taken to hospital in critical condition.
6 people on the bus were taken to hospital with non-life threatening injuries.
Police reconstruction units and TTC officials were at the scene today as the investigation continues.
