One dead from Toronto house collapse

Happening right now in Toronto, emergency workers are on the scene of a house collapse. And we’ve just learned that a construction worker has died.

The two storey brick home came crashing down just after two o’clock this afternoon on Brookdale Avenue — in the Yonge Street and Lawrence Avenue area. Reports say the home was undergoing renovations and workers were digging in the basement when it came crashing down trapping three people. The two others were freed and taken to hospital.
