Oakville woman facing drug trafficking charges

An Oakville woman has been arrested and charged in a drug trafficking investigation.
Halton police say the accused was seen conducting several drug transactions across the GTA dating back to March.
Alissa Sheppard-Martinez, 27, of Oakville was arrested in Mississauga last Friday.
She’s been charged with trafficking cocaine and cannabis, and possession of oxycodone and psilocybin.
Police say the following drugs were seized as part of the investigation:
- 2,248.9 grams of cannabis
- 24 containers of cannabis oil
- 49 vape pens (1 gram of THC per pen)
- 61 edible candies
- 15 grams of hash
- 6 oxycodone pills
- 15 grams of psilocybin (mushrooms)
