Oakville man facing more child sex charges, police urge victims to come forward

Halton police have laid additional charges against a man who is already facing sex charges involving children after more victims came forward.

Last month, 41-year-old Donovan Friesen was charged with invitation to sexual touching and indecent exposure to a person under 16.

On Thursday, Friesen was arrested again after police say more victims came forward. He has been charged with three counts of indecent act, four counts of indecent exposure to persons under the age of 16 and invitation to sexual touching.

Police say the alleged incidents took place between January 2019 and October 2021.

Investigators are concerned there may be more victims.

Friesen was previously employed as a residential and commercial garage door salesman in the Greater Toronto Area.

Police say he drives a 2018 red, four-door Mini Cooper.

Friesen has several online profiles including on KiK and Snapchat and goes by the names of “don987654” and “hannahk975.”
