Police have charged a 56-year-old Oakville doctor with sexual assault.

Dr. Clarence Clottey is facing a charge of sexual assault after the Halton Regional Police Child Abuse and Sexual Assault Unit investigated an incident of historical sexual assault of an adult female patient.

Police are asking anyone with information to contact Detective Constable Wendy Clayton at 905-465-8980 or anonymously through Crime Stoppers at 1-800-222-8477.
