NRPS officer charged again

A Niagara Regional Police officer, charged in the cheese smuggling operation last year — has been arrested again. this time accused of breaching one of his bail conditions.

Constable Scott Heron was not to possess any electronic device aside from one cell phone which was to be registered with the police. Heron and two others, including a former officer, are accused of buying cheese in the Unites States, smuggling it across the border, then selling the products to restaurants here in Canada.
