NRP have four-legged grads

The Niagara Regional Police force held a graduation ceremony for its newest recruit Friday.

But this force member will be catching suspects on four legs instead of two.
One is named deuce, and his partner is Niagara Police Constable Rob Kroon.

Two other police dogs graduated from the NRP training course.

They were Constable Sam McCallum and his dog Hal from Peterborough, as well as Buffalo police dog Destro and his handler Officer John Kujawa.

The Niagara police k-9 program is well known for its tracking techniques and has trained police dogs from across Canada and the U.S.
