NOTL enforcing stricter rules to keep tourists from visiting during pandemic

Niagara-on-the-Lake is taking away parking spaces in its heritage district to deter unwanted travellers from flooding its streets.

The municipality enacted a parking ban in its old town.

This comes after city officials handed out numerous fines for illegal parking and even public defecation.
